We think this tent is a great option for camping in inclement weather such as rainy and windy conditions.
This is a versatile tent that we think would suit a family of four well. With a generous sized annex, there’s space to sit underneath to escape the sun or the rain. The NTK Arizona GT 7-8-Person tent has a front door and a back door, allowing for easy access and cross ventilation from one side of the tent to the other, plus two windows to provide maximum airflow throughout.
It’s more expensive than the other tents we’ve reviewed, but for the extra money you get some good quality features such as a high 190T polyester rating and lifetime guarantee on the fiber glass poles. The floor has an anti-fungus coating to stop the mold and keep you nice and dry, and of all the tents we’ve reviewed, we believe this one holds up best in wet and windy weather.
The NTK Arizona GT 7-8-Person Family Tent has floor dimensions of 8 ft x 13.9 ft and a maximum height of 6’7”. It’s slightly heavier than some, but not too bad at 24.9 pounds. It’s quite easy to put up, and the sturdy carry bag is big enough to make packing down easy too.
